Submission Guidelines

The Macabre Issue: February 2026 

The third Online Black Flowers Issue is due to be published in February 2026 and the theme will be the macabre.

I am looking for weird tales, poetry, photography, art and non-fiction stories.

Due to the nature of the theme we do welcome grotesque, weird and bizarre subjects but we will not tolerate anything untoward or illegal.

Fiction: Stories up to 1500 words sent as a word document

Poetry: Up to 4 poems

Art/photography: High-res images sent as either attachments or a link to Dropbox/WeTransfer

Non fiction - Up to 1500 words sent as a word document.
